This 4-question screener can help people who may be experiencing Parkinson's-related hallucinations and delusions check their symptoms

Help starts with identifying what you are experiencing. Take the first step toward finding out by using the Self-Administered Screening Questionnaire for Parkinson’s Disease–Associated Psychosis. Your doctor might refer to this as SASPAP.

The SASPAP is a brief, validated, 4-question screener that can help your doctor determine if you are experiencing hallucinations and/or delusions associated with Parkinson’s disease.

It can benefit you and/or your loved one because it is:

If you answered "Yes" or "Not now" to any question, download your completed screener and bring it to your next appointment. To discuss more information, contact a Patient Educator.

Your doctor can review your responses and discuss how your symptoms are affecting your daily life to help determine the most appropriate next steps.

Don't hesitate to start the conversation

Taking the screener is a big first step, but being open with your doctor about your symptoms is just as important. The more honest you are, the better care your doctor can provide.
